Directions

Leave Topsham along Elm Grove Road, pass Darts Farm and turn right at the roundabout onto the A376 towards Exmouth. Follow the road for approximately 3 miles and on entering Lympstone continue down the hill and at the traffic lights turn left into Wotton Lane. Continue to the top of the lane and turn right and then immediately left at the T-junction. Pass Kings Garden Centre and take the second turning on the right into Marley Drive and the house is on the right.
